Services
Birth Doula, Preconception & Pregnancy Support
I bring a loving, grounded presence as I walk with mothers through pregnancy and birth. I offer physical, emotional, and educational support before, during, and after childbirth, and help create a supportive and empowering environment for the mother and her family. I love to hear women's dreams for their birth and support them in meeting this experience with openness and receptivity. I am also available to provide support in preconception and pregnancy a la carte, if doula services are not desired.
Physiologic Postpartum Care
The postpartum care I offer is grounded in the physiologic design and needs of the motherbaby dyad. I focus on nurturing and supporting new mothers in the early stages of the postpartum time in order to facilitate the wellbeing of the new family. This sets up a foundation of physical, emotional and spiritual health for years to come. And there is a ripple effect out into the world as well -- when mothers are cared for, families thrive. When families thrive, children grow up nourished and communities become strong, resilient and joyful.
Herbal Support
Plants are powerful friends across the birthing continuum. As a folk herbalist, I have close relationships with many key herbal allies that lend support to the process of bringing forth life. Herbal care is included in my birth and postpartum services, and products can also be purchased separately.
